DHL Group’s HR team had a key internal presentation used to explain its LEADS framework – a 38-slide deck that had grown over time and now needed to work harder. With a broader audience to reach, including non-desk-based employees, it was time to refine the deck so that the message could land more clearly and consistently. The content was valuable. But the structure and visual presentation were getting in the way.
We began by reworking the structure and hierarchy to make the narrative easier to follow – whether on-screen, in print, or via screen reader. While keeping the core branding intact, we introduced a cleaner, more polished visual style that helped the content land more effectively.
A consistent visual language was applied across all layouts, themes and shapes. The signature ‘magnifying glass’ graphic was retained, but used more purposefully – framing imagery and adding subtle texture across slides to help tie the story together.
Accessibility was a core priority. We built the final presentation in PowerPoint using editable text and locked-down visual elements, so it could be translated, localised and updated without losing design integrity. We also introduced interactive navigation, allowing users to jump easily between sections.
Final outputs were delivered in a format the team could use and adapt with confidence – supporting internal communication now and into the future.
"We shared the Guide with our HR Board and the feedback is amazing, they love it.”
