PROJECT: CREATING A FRESH, WELCOMING WORK ENVIRONMENT

Creating a fresh, welcoming work environment

A comfortable and welcoming working environment is an important factor in the job satisfaction for many employees. Getting your working environment right can enable employees to live and breathe brand values, improve motivation, and increase productivity.

DHL Express inaugurated a new Service Centre near London Gatwick Airport. As part of the build process, we supported in designing and installing an inviting, motivational, and collaborative space with visuals and messaging.

The objective was clear: to create a fresh, welcoming working environment that balances sustainable infrastructure with key messaging that not only puts DHL employees at the heart but also embodies the essence of the brand’s rich heritage and values.

We began with an onsite survey to identify available areas, followed by a briefing call to understand what key stakeholders required. Our detailed proposal, complete with photographic visual representations, aided stakeholders in envisioning the final outcome.

Working collaboratively with the Infrastructure Project Manager, we pushed the branding and creative elements to find the best solutions for the environments. The DHL Express team are excited and proud of the space.

What was the meaningful difference?

The workplace environment design is a testament to DHL Express’ dedication to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises its employees’ satisfaction, engagement, and success.
