Celebrating being named Europe’s No.1 Best Workplace

Following a new ranking from Great Place To Work®, DHL Express wanted employees across Europe to feel a sense of pride in being named Europe’s No.1 Best Workplace.

DDHL Express wanted to create a campaign to announce being named Europe’s No.1 Best Workplace.

The announcement provided a real opportunity to focus on the beating heart of the company – the workforce who make DHL Express a great place to work.

Through the campaign, DHL Express wanted to enable teams to celebrate their achievements together, provide colleagues with a way to demonstrate their pride and share this new ranking with future employees and customers through external channels.

Placing colleagues at the centre of the celebration

The creative approach focused on pride – the shared sense of pride colleagues feel in being part of making DHL Express a great place to work. Using quotes from individuals gave employees a voice and the opportunity to share what made them feel proud.

As part of the campaign, employees were encouraged to share the reasons that they were proud to be part of Europe’s No.1 Best Workplace on social media.

The campaign materials included everything DHL Express needed to announce the ranking and engage employees, including; posters, pull-up banners, social media assets, email assets, Teams backgrounds, digital TV screen videos and a toolkit for activating the campaign.

What was the meaningful difference?

The campaign instilled a strong sense of pride in colleagues. Across Europe, teams engaged with the campaign and celebrated together.
