To determine the UK’s Best Workplaces™ list, Great Place to Work® analyse a rigorous evaluation of thousands of employee survey responses and culture audits submitted by leaders at each participating company. Using this data, they then benchmark the effectiveness of each organisation’s employee value proposition against the culture their employees experience. The UK’s Best Workplaces™ rankings include 290 organisations that are characterised by high levels of trust and putting their people first. This ranking is proof that our people are truly at the heart of everything we do.
We have put in two decades of work to get to where we are now, and we will continue to do all that we can to foster a positive workplace culture. Our CEO, Sally Pritchett, has shared the lessons she’s learnt over the years.
