PROJECT: GOGREEN SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORT CUSTOMER CAMPAIGN

Promoting DHL as the leading sustainable logistics partner

DHL Global Forwarding (DGF) knew that customers using DHL’s GoGreen product wanted to promote the fact they’re shipping in a climate neutral way, but didn’t have an easy way to showcase their partnership.

As the leading sustainable logistics partner, DHL needed a new campaign that could be shared by customers to promote the fact that they’re a sustainable transport supplier.

The campaign needed a strong identity with editable assets that could be shared with DHL customers to add their own logos. The branding needed to be obviously DHL but with something a little different that customers would feel proud to share, too.

Helping customers promote sustainability

To bring the campaign idea to life, we used the ‘We don’t just say we’re green. We deliver’ concept.

We created a fun set of icons to help communicate the positive changes DHL are making as part of their GoGreen service, and the overall look and feel was based heavily around sustainable freight solutions. The message was even designed to look like it had been sprayed onto the side of a wooden crate.

To ensure customers had everything they needed to get started, we also recommended creating and sharing an editable toolkit including social media assets, email banners, stickers, certificates and infographics, as well as a guide for customers to explain how, why, when and where they could utilise the assets.
